My name is Chris (my friends call me Morty). I'm 37 going on 98, and I can be found in L.V., NV. (soon to be in Illinois). I'm former USN SWCC (15yrs... 12 of which was spent in the Middle East, so yeah.. I'm tired of desert).
That's my 2.5yr. old and me both crashed-out after a looooong day.

haha, nice. PBR mountain side. I envy the snow. One thing I wanted to do this month that never happened was to go skiing/snowboarding.

Yeah... This was my one time this year ... Luckily, it was probably the nicest day all year! lol I needed that PBR more than life at that point.. We had just cut about 1000ft of fresh tracks in 3+ft of fresh snow... I was dying! PS photo taken on my droid.

I actually miss the snow. Over here in Las Vegas, NV., only the surrounding mountains got capped. And Mt. Charleston was packed with tourist.
I was supposed to go to Brian head, UT. and do some boarding with a couple of buds of mine. But at the last minute they had to cut their leave short, and had to head back to Norfolk,VA. due to a ship's recall.
Talk about your major buzzkills.

My family is currently relocated in Champaign,IL. enjoying their share of snow.
My wife always has problems getting my son to sleep. But as you can see in that pic, I don't seem to have that problem.

Ha... I like to go to the snow, not have it come to me. Summer is my favorite season with it's long days and warm weather. When I want snow, I can just drive a few hours and be in it, but the snow we are getting here is garbage this year.

Living in Michigan, married with 3 kids 9,7, and 3, in the winter I live at the local ice rink since we all play hockey except my 3 year old daughter (she will start next year). In the summer we enjoy boating on the Great Lakes.
