AC editors have the Note 10+ in-hand and we're answering your Q's!

A buddy of mine, a current Note 10+ owner has this problem... She says on several occasions, when she gets up in the morning and takes her phone off the charger, the phone is turned Off and because it turned off at some point during the night, she misses her alarms and appointments. I've checked all her settings. Auto restart is already "OFF" and that was my initial thought. What else could be causing her phone to turn off? She said she hasn't installed any new apps.

Oh ok toenail_flicker. I saw your other post about the slow charging. Does the CCSWE app work for getting rid of the phone charging notification, if you don't mid my asking?

yes it does. I personally prefer Package Disabler Pro (from their website), but CCSWE does the same thing, just offers fewer options.

Hey, Daniel here. We just got a few Note 10+ units into the studio and because there's no review embargo, we thought we'd take a few questions from you fine folks.

So ask away — what are you curious about with the Note 10+? We'll spend a couple days checking back here for new questions, and some of the Q+As will be posted in our ongoing review, which you'll be able to find right here tomorrow afternoon ET.
Ok, then please answer.... how is the 5G performance? How is the battery drain when utilizing 5G?

The below is great news - but don't ignore my question -

5G is in NYC Sep 26th!!!!!

Anyone have issues with vibration not working when using Stock Samsung Messages app? I've seen a few complaints on Samsung forum. I just noticed this issue myself. I have all vibrations enabled in notifications. What could be the issue.?

Edit.. vibration does work with text app But, it only vibrates for like 2 seconds so I'm not even aware that I have a message unless I look at my phone. How can we increase the vibration duration for text messages?

How do you do this? --Ive only had the phone for a week and a half--my first Samsung phone--so I'm trying to get up to speed.

pull out the pen and select "screen write" from the icons shown. if you already have the pen out I believe you can just double click the button on the pen to get the option.

Thanks!!

Do you know of a tutorial, or a particularly in-depth review that will help me learn the myriad things I can do with the S-Pen? I've seen reviews cover the new things, but since this is my first Note, I'd like to learn the basic things as well. Also, same question re: the Samsung UI in general. I had now idea that it would be this complex and that so many things would be buried in layers of other sub menus. This has been the most frustrating thing for me so far. --Im really missing the simplicity of stock android on my Pixel right about now . . .

My go-to is YouTube - loads of good videos out there when it comes to phones. I don't doubt for both topics. I know some reviewers like sakitech or jimmyispromo have s-pen tips/tricks relating to the 10+.

Galaxy Note 20: 6.4 to 6.7 inches (From Young: 6.42 inches tall, 2,345x1,084-pixel resolution)
Galaxy Note 20 Plus: 6.9 inches (From Pigtou: 165 millimeters tall, 77.2mm wide and 7.6mm thick)
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra: Over 7 inches (QHD Plus screen and 120Hz option can be on at the same time.)

I'm waiting till at least Oct.
To see if they really make the 20+
