He's a rescue. Previous owner neglected him to the point he was bald from his butt all the way down the back of his back legs due to fleas. This is about 6 weeks after rescue.

Well, he is probably a bit tired. He got neutered 10 days ago and has been in a crate since so the area could heal. He just came out of the crate yesterday and has been doing nothing but running all around the back yard since.
