For our three cats we have a fountain water bowl and a regular water bowl. Guess which one they all prefer? Neither. They all have a preference for fresh bathtub water. They will even lead us to the bathtub and look into it and then up to us. Their eyes saying "Fill it!"

Love this! Mine also have a water fountain But prefer to drink from the spout of the kitchen tap or from the bowl of the sink in The bathroom

Toby frequently jumps up on the kitchen counter and into the sink when I'm running the faucet. He doesn't do it unless the water is on (or I'm getting out the wet cat food to feed him. ) He also likes to jump into the master bath tub, but not when it's got water in it.
