My Husband always laughs when Inspector Brackenreid calls Murdoch 'Me Ol'Mucker' & Crabtree 'Bugalugs'.

The last 2 seasons of Murdoch Mysteries started airing in February for US viewers. I'll mention it when the season begins.

(I've heard my Husband call my Parrot Louise Bugalugs. )

It's very rare that Louise will let me take a picture of her. She despises my phone.


She was in her portable cage & rubbing her head on the ropes. As she was moving, she's blurry, but because she was enjoying the head rub, I was able to snap a shot before she noticed.

Wow! I think Jonny Harris is such a great actor & comedian. He seems like such a nice down to earth person.

I've been watching his 'Still Standing' series. (Takes me a while to find these gems) Such a heartwarming & funny show. You can tell the residents of these communities really loved him.

She is a Gold Capped Conure. If you have ever seen a Sun Conure, bright yellow, she's in that same family, along with the Jenday. Sun has the most yellow, then the Jenday & the Gold Capped has the least.

I know she was at least 6 when I received her & she's been with me for 20 years. Life expectancy for her breed is 15-25 years.

But, she's still very frisky & affectionate.
Louise had a sister named Thelma.

She kept me sane during the pandemic!
