My vet told me that a "Tabby" has a distinctive "M" marking on their heads. He also said Tiger was the "reddest" orange tabby he had seen! Most orange tabbies have a ginger color. My girl is Lucy Ricardo red!

Now I'm trying to stare at my cat's head inconspicuously to see if I see an "M."

Apparently cats can catch and spread COVID19 due to similar receptor cells as humans. May want to keep the felines indoors.

My veterinarian posted an update through our app that said pets can't contract the virus. They can, however, spread it if the virus lands on their fur and their owner touches them, for example.

My cat is an indoor cat and she will remain as such. I hope the day never comes that she gets sick like this!

Edit: Since big cats and domesticated cats do have different DNA or genetic structures, I'm wondering if that would mean that we shouldn't panic just yet. I did read an article about the tiger yesterday... Poor baby!

Aw reminds me of my baby Beer (as in ginger beer) who died about 8 years ago
