Seriously. We're weird over here. That's not lost on me.
Nope the UK is weirder. We use a mix of imperial and metric. The EU wanted us to go metric so they insist on us using kg and metres.

But the British are stubborn so we still measure height in feet and inches, body weight in stones (14lb = 1 st) and pounds. Our weather is in Celsius and smaller things are measured now in cm and metres. We prefer our veg to be weighed in pounds, but the EU law means they have to be stated in grammes and kg. But we also measure our milk in pints.

Wanna talk confusing.....

I hate to pile on with more bad news, but Scout has cancer. 2020 has already taken Desmond from us (also cancer) and the vet says we might lose Scout in the new year, unless he declines and we have to put him down sooner. But Scout has had a great life. He's 14 and super fluffy and sweet. 20201118_125036.jpeg20201118_125221.jpeg20201118_112858.jpeg20201028_182238.jpeg20200227_101807.jpeg20200130_053755.jpeg

Cancer sucks! Hope he lives the time left pain free. Know he's loved

Yep. Indeed. He also carries it to the middle of the room so he can start racing round with it again.

LOOL cats are so adorable! It's almost like Snerd is saying, "Mommy, look what I can do!"

Gracie played with her toy springs yesterday morning. She'll race after them and wait for me to throw them again, so she can race after it. Cats can be so canine-like sometimes!

Is a pint of milk the same size as a pint of beer? I know the imperial pint is larger than the US pint.

I have a beer glass from Boddington's that holds an imperial pint and has a crown symbol on it.

I'm so sorry to hear about Scout. I hope you'll be able to provide him with lots of love in whatever time you have left with him.

Oh sugar!!! I am so very sorry. I dunno what is going on with this terrible year. I am deeply sorry with this news. Devastated. I know he has had a good life but facing the same with Billy at the same age, I dunno. The vet is hoping it is just an abscess but a biopsy has not been ruled out.

I dunno, Hon. Just terrible news all round.

Oh no, poor Scout. That is terrible news, Gendo. Will be praying for Scout and thinking of you during this time. 2020 has definitely been an awful year. :(

Initial results of the cell sample taken for Billy by the vet seems to show inflammation and infection. If the lump hasn't gone down by next week they said they would do a biopsy. But so far it is looking a bit better for him. Just to let you know.

So glad it is looking better for Billy! Hopefully the lump goes down in swelling and it is an infection that they can treat.

My son took this the other day. Can't tell if it's adorable, or if they are up to something.
