Access Navigation Bar from Bottom

Is there a way you can move the navigation bar to the bottom of the screen or access another way other then swiping down from the top? The screen is so long it makes it hard with those with smaller hands. I can put it in One-Hand mode, but I still want access to the full screen so not worth it just to access the navigation menu.

hold down on your home screen till your settings toggle, choose home screen settings, towards the bottom select quick open notification panel

Turn on Quick-open Notification Panel in your home screen settings. This will allow you to swipe down to open the notification panel from anywhere on the home screen, not just all the way at the top. Very handy!
