Access notification bar on any screen

Go to settings>Advanced Features and toggle on Finger sensor gestures.
I disabled my FPS to try this and it worked without FPS enabled.

OMG!! That worked! I just tested it.. tried it in Gmail app, Gardenscapes, Firefox, Messaging.. it works no matter what app is active! Just like it's supposed to! Thank you svm!

Yay! Still don't get why it doesn't work by pulling down but oh well...

I had problems with pulling down the notifications. I had to press real hard and in certain spots to get it to work. Used the FPS for a while but Then I took the chance and ripped off the tempered glass screen protector and it worked fine ever since.
