access phone keypad on tab s6

using CALL & TEXT ON OTHER DEVICES, I accidentally opened the phone keypad. Now I can't figure out how to create that accident again.
I can open Contacts and call, text, or email, but how do I get to the keypad?

I actually didn't find what I accidentally found previously. I installed the PHONE app from Samsung folder. Open SAMSUNG, tap +, check PHONE, DONE Place Icon, and open.
