Access point changed

So today somehow my access point got changed on my phone to a "tracphone" access point vs the "ATT Nexgenphone" it should be. As a result of being on the tracphone access point I could not get data on the phone. Went to an AT&T store and had them manually add the right one back in. They did not know how or why it would have happened. I have the 64gb version for four days. Anyone have this happen before or know why it may have happened?

Have you swapped SIM cards on that phone at any time in the past?

Had the phone for three days, that is what was so weird about it!

And you got the phone directly from AT&T, or did you get it unlocked from somewhere else?

Directly from AT&T the phone was only released a few days ago and is an AT&T exclusive.

no it was the only sim card in there. They did put a new SIM card in there when i went there.
