access required?

All of a sudden whenever I take a picture or open my gallery I'm getting a notification to sign in access required. How do I shut this off I don't even know what its for.

It might want access to your Samsung account, if the Gallery is trying to access cloud photos associated with the account. Do you have one, and are you logged into it?
