Accessability - Vision - Talkback, speech rate issue, how can I adjust it?

Accessability - Vision - Talkback, speech rate issue

Talkback speech rate is fine for screen descriptors but when it starts reading a text I select (eg: an ebook) it talks very fast. I can't seem to find a way to get the T2S screen to adjust it, I use Ivona. Any suggestion?
