Accessibility(?) is On and I can't turn it Off.

Don't know what I did but my phone is doing a short vibration with each touch and a blue square is around any icon I tap on including the home button. Then it says, for example, "Message+, double tap to activate, double tap and hold, long press actions available use swipe up..." I was able to use Bixby to access Accessibility but can't scroll up to find a setting. When I told Bixby to turn off "Talk Back", it said it was already off...that might not be the setting I'm looking for anyway. I can actually get into any app I've tried but not without Bixby's annoying voice telling me what to do and how to do it. I've restated the phone. Can't get into settings via swiping down. Please HELP

Also, search for an option called Select to speak and make sure it's disabled.

No TalkBack features do not work.

The only way I've figured out how to find anything with this mode, is to open Bixby, tap on the keyboard icon and use the mic to enter my search. Select to Speak. Nothing found.

Folks in this thread seem to think it's due to the phone detecting (in your case falsely) that there's a pointing device connected via USB. Have you already tried cleaning out your USB port?
