Accessibility servers problem

I have htc desire 728 lolipop. And i have problem with aaccessibility servers is not turning on please help me l

Welcome to Android Central! I assume you mean that you can't turn on accessibility services (not servers). What happens when you try? Do you get an error message? Which accessibility service are you trying to turn on?
