For the love of god someone help.
I've managed to turn on an accessibility setting on my Note 9. It reads out everything I touch on the screen. To do anything I have to pre select icons which are then highlighted with a blue box around them, with the phone reading out what I've selected.
Scrolling doesn't seem to work as it looks like I need to be able to select a scroll bar before it can be used. I can get to the Settings screen but I'm unable to scroll down, so I can only see the top four categories
