Accessibilty issues

I reset my accessibility so I could voice dial when in my vehicle. Now I can't do anything including power off or restart my phone. I just received a phone call, and I could not even answer it. Help!

Welcome to Android Central! Is TalkBack turned on? If so, you have to swipe with two fingers instead of one, and double-tap instead of single-tap.
