Accessing contents of my nexus 5

Hi
My nexus 5 is not working, touchscreen doesnt work. I got a replacement phone, but I need to transfer the data from the old phone.
On connecting to computer, the nexus5 is recognized, but it shows only 0 files.

Any inputs on how to get all the data from the phone.
Note: I cannot do anything from the phone since touchscreen is non functional.
