Accessing information to display using Android Application with no API from driver

Experts,
I need help as I am doing a stub of the sensor driver which is not yet developed and I need to send the information to Android application. I work with one Android developers who is saying he can work on the information I send only if it has API. Please can you give some pointers to work to close this at least for demo. Much appreciated.
