Hi all,

I just got my Nexus 6P and I have an app Med Helper which I have backed up the data on My Droid Turbo and put on my computer. I have yet to be able to find a way to access the files on the Nexus 6P to put the backup in the appropriate spot. It is supposed to go into Apps Medhelper folder. I can see the folder in File Manager on the Nexus 6P, but when connected to the computer I am not able to access this folder to drag the backup in.

Any help will be appreciated, my first time with a Nexus and learning many things the hard way. I like it though.

Thank you all for your help.

when you plug it in, you have to change the connection tiype from charging only to MTP. You should see it in a notification when it is plugged into a computer.

Thanks I was looking for that and may have missed it.

I kept drilling down further and further when I didn't see it.

Now I know what to look for.

Thanks again.
