I guess the important question is - did it fit your S7 Edge? If it did, then they got the name wrong when they printed the boxes. If the case is too big, it could be an indication that "something bigger this way comes".

I think some places or people just call it a plus cuz of the bigger screen they're confused but I like that case. I had an Insignia one on my m 9 does otter boxes were not yet and ended up just using it and never got the other box
