Accidentally deleted DCIM Camera folder - can I recover it?

I accidentally deleted the DCIM/Camera folder when I uploaded photos onto my PC. Is there any way to recover this? I have tried Dr. Fone and all kinds of recovery programs to no avail. I only find photos that I manually deleted via the phone, not via the computer. I don't have an SD card installed and am using a Samsung Galaxy Note 2. Thanks

Welcome to the forums. There are some PC programs that might be able to recover those files. I can't vouch for any as I have not had the need to use them.
