Accidentally disabled lock screen and other settings

So I went to download an app, and it said I needed to turn off a particular setting (I think it was screen overlay). Anyway, now that the app is installed, I want to turn these options back on.

For starters, I have no lock screen. I have tried searching screen overlay in settings with no such luck. Help?
