Accidentally removed Innopath Activecare... What do I do?

I accidentally removed innopath activecare. How do I reinstall?

Quick question...why do you need it? If you do an OTA update it wipes out root. Any updates will be fixed up by devs within hours of their release with root and be flashable. Without adding back the bloat. Just curious is all.
