I ordered the Prism White off of Best Buy, but the fingerprint scanner was terrible. I was pressing my thumbs into the screen so hard I thought it would cause a crack. I switched it out for another Prism White that had the same issue. Then I went with Prism Black, but I wasn't a fan of the color. I finally settled on Prism Blue, which incidentally has the most recent manufacture date of all the phones I've had (April 21st). The closest Best Buy to me didn't have the Flamingo Pink...until yesterday. They have (had?) one available, but I'm now about a week past my return window.

Yep, she was doing it wrong. I remember that message press harder also when I was newbie to the sensor. How many more days do you have to return the current device OP?

When they tell you press harder they mean slightly harder. If you mash your finger too hard it distorts your print.

I got the prism silver and am disappointed, IMO looking at looks nothing like the marketing materials.

I think it is more ‘blingy’ than I was expecting and I do not like it. Retailer has a no returns policy on opened devices so it looks like I am going to take another eBay hammering selling it on.

Anybody else have or seen the prism silver??
