Account action required

On my Sony Xperia z2, there is a triangle with an exclamation mark in it that is stuck on my notification bar. Click it and it says account action required. It then tells me to download a Google app device policy as my domain requires mobile device management. It's on my wife's Samsung tablet too. I've downloaded the app but it's just for business and doesn't do anything. So, how can I clear it off?
We're on virgin media.
