Account Lock (Tab S4 SM-T837V Verzion) How to turn FRP lock off?

1) Only (Odin3_v3.13.1_3B_PatcheD) installer works

2) I have tried every ROM I can find, except I can not read Russian

3) Only 1 combination file works so far, and 1 set of ROMS works, passes, resets, still FRP Lock

4) Wifi Only, No SIM card
5) Not sure if the Bootloader is locked on this Verzion model
6) It is not rooted
7) USB Debugging is not turned on
8) ADB will not connect
9) There is no recovery install on the tablet
10) Yes It does turn on and off

11) Yes I can get to the Download page (the correct way) opposed to rebooting into Download page thru recovery mode

12) I have not flashed a PIT.FILE?
13) I have not tried an OTG Flash Drive ... to make the setting appear
14) I can not find a way into the settings!
