Account Syncing - Huawei P8 Lite (+ more... Help?!)

I just got a Huawei P8 Lite and I'm experiencing some difficulties with it when it comes to account syncing. It leaves me extremely confused and left with a million questions. So I hope, if not all of them, some of you may know how to some one of them!

Here we go...

1) I have two emails connected to my phone and it took the contact details of both emails and deplayed the birthdays on my calender as repeats. Despite now knowing how to pick which accounts I want to see, I have now realised that AFTER removing email 2, email 1 has decided NOT to show my ANY birthday details at all, even if those are selected. I checked both my Google Contact and Calender, they are both fine and properly organised. I re-syned my phone and everything. Nothing shows up. I want my birthdays back. Haha

2) How do I upload books into my phone? I use this e-book reading software called Calibre and when I connect my phone, the software allows me to transfer the books onto my phone. But I can't read it anywhere. When looking into my stoarage I can see the files ARE there but it offers me only to upload them one by one into my Google Play and the wait is FOREVER for just one tiny book. There must be another way to work with this software and my phone? The internet says I can but nothing works for me...

3) My WhatsApp contacts are on display in my normal Contact list and I realised that it now has takened to showing both "Message/Call on WhatsApp + Number" more than ten times in each contact. I have to endlessly stroll through it to reach the bottom and when I check my info, it only shows as one item written. So why am I seeing a depulicate and how do I fix this glitch?

Make sure all your contacts are Google contacts (see the Contacts section of Backing up an Android Device ). Sync your contacts, go to Google Contacts and clean the list up. (You have various options in the "More" section, like merging or eliminating duplicates). Then sync the phone again and the list at the site will be copied to the phone.

I did all that but my WhatsApp numbers still remain as duplicate entries without actually being duplicated. It's almost like this glitch that shows it more times than it actually is.

I figured out the birthday thing though so that's a relief. Though if I may ask, I'm given a choice between phone birthday's and google contact birthday's. Is the reason why when I click on "phone birthday's" nothing shows up because all my contacts google contacts?

I disabled my linked WhatsApp contacts to my phone but it doesn't remove the contacts from it... I'm honestly still very confused as to why this glitch happens. But thank you for trying to help!
