Forgive me as I know this is an issue and I've been searching all over and can't find exactly what I'm after. Just got the Evo3d, coming from iPhone 3g. There is a whole lot more to these Android phones then the Apple ones, LOL. Anyway, is there any way to get another weather app to update the weather on the main screens? AccuWeather won't show the weather where my home is, and it can't find the city when I try to enter it manually. If I go on the website, it gets the location no problem. I really like the "live" weather stuff on the screen, so I'm trying to figure out how to get it to show weather at my location.

I think Accuweather is all you get and it's pretty limited. The only thing I've found is keep searching cities around you until you find one that shows up. I bookmark Weather Underground, or pick your favorite weather website, and if you long press the bookmark you have the option to place a short cut to one of your screens.

I bookmark my local ABC Doppler 7000 Radar, I think it's about the best animated weather radars.

EDIT: Welcome to Android Central.

Go to settings > location> use wireless networks, make sure its checked/selected so it can automatically get your location. As for updating the weather on-screen, open the weather (tap the widget) open menu >settings > check "scheduled sync", and use "update schedule" to set how often it updates.
