ACMEInstaller and apps question

I just installed CM7 on my TP a bit ago and I had the Gapps and Gapps newtalk on there, but I don't think they installed? From my understanding gapps included the Android app store? They are still available on my TP in the 'cminstall' folder, do I need to reinstall them using AcmeInstaller? If so, can I do this without reinstalling the entire Android OS? Also, I noticed some talk about the Amazon app store and others. Do I need to download these stores and install them through AcmeInstaller as well or I can do that through the TP? I felt the instructions I was going off of were not clear on that.
One other thing, when I want to put music, movies, etc onto my device to be shared with both OS's, where do I put these files on the TP now that Android is installed?

EDIT* I found a video explaining how to install gapps and the fix which can be found here:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HoMvklo2h5A. So that's solved. Now my question is do I install the Amazon app store and the others the same way?

Edit** I've noticed that after placing some music onto the Android that the album artwork isn't there. I have it on my computer, it shows up next to the song name in windows explorer when viewing tiles. Is this just a CM7 thing or is there something I need to do? I didn't see anywhere where I could download it.
