Acmeinstaller problem

Touchpad starts downloading to install CM7 but then stops and reads" no cminstall dir found,nothing to install". I can see the cminstall folder, I have the proper files installed in the folder? I might add I had this installed before but lost it once I updated my webos. I am stumped as to why it cant find it? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.....

I'd delete it and create a new version with new files, If you had it installed before maybe the original files and folder were modified during the last installation.

tried that but it did the same thing again? I get the two penguins and files seem to be loading on the touchpad but then it just stops again?

I really don't know dude, are you trying it with the first alpha or the second ? My next choice would be to try installing the opposite alpha from the one you have been trying.
