Acquiring GPS

The Infuse is my personal phone and my company supplied me with a Droid.

So, yesterday, I had to go somewhere for a meeting and decided to use my Infuse GPS to get there. To make a long story short, I drove 10 minutes in a suburban area and the phone could not acquire GPS.

I pulled to the side of the road and put the same address in the Droid and immediately acquired GPS and went on my way.

Has anyone experienced this?

BTW, I am running Zeus 5.2.

Try GPS Test in the market.

In GPS Test go into the settings and clear AGPS and then Update AGPS.

Then reboot you phone.

This works for me. Have to do it occasionally as the AGPS data gets dated.

That did it. Acquired GPS in less that 20 seconds. Thanks for the tip.
