I have downloaded dozens of PDF files from the Kardia app opened in Acrobat reader on Pixel 7.

Acrobat says those file are saved in the Documents folder on the Android File app.

They are not. They are stored nowhere in the Android File app.

What is going on???? Where is Acrobat storing those PDFs?

Is there a better PDF reader for Android then Acrobat?

Since the files were downloaded by another app, you need to check where THAT app is saving them. Also, check if the files aren't being saved as encrypted or 'hidden' (which the File app wouldn't display, but the files still exist). Also, it may be a different 'Documents' folder, have you tried searching for PDF files or the file name?

Android has a native PDF reader -- you shouldn't have to install Acrobat. What happens if you uninstall Acrobat and try to download those PDFs again?

I would check your download folder. When ever I save pdf's that's where they are saved to.

You tried the search feature in the Files app? Sometimes can find them that way
