[ACS] [Icons] Samsung Galaxy S 2 EF02, EC05 AND EE03 icons UPDATED 6/18

Alright everyone! Put these together and put them in a flashable zip for you!!
I have tested this on SRF 1.1.1, Frankenstein and AnonymousRom V7 and it works perfectly.

Now Working on EC05 AND EE03.

There are two zips that can be flashed through clockwork *no wipes necessary*
One is just the icons and the other is a themed Touchwiz 3 launcher that only has the home button themed.

*note* The phone and contact apps are themed from AnonymousRom V7 so they are red. If you want stock contact and phone apps flash this through clockwork AFTER flashing the above icons:
