Action Memo disappears when minimized

Whenever I minimize an action memo it simply disappears instead of minimizing and I can no longer open a new or existing action memo. I use action memos constantly so this is a huge deal to me, any help would be much appreciated.

Been facing the same issue for a long time. Haven't found a fix yet. I have to go back to Snote and then choose the note again.

Changing window animation or transition animations in developer options to anything less than 1 will cause this issue

Go to developers option , scroll down to Animator Duration Scale, change to 1x. Reboot.

I've had the phone set to off on the transition animation's and 0.5x on window and animator scale since the phones purchase the day it came out. I changed window animation and animator duration to 1x and left transition animation to off and sure enough that fixed it. Super weird, but thanks for the help!
