Actionable notifications with Touchwiz text app

Does the touchwiz text message app have actionable notifications? Whenever I get a text and expand the notification, there is no option to reply or mark it as read. Is there another sms app that has actionable notifications.

I use Go SMS Pro... works great if you ignore some of their extras.
