"Activate Live Lock Screen" spam on phone restart

I have a Moto G14 and recently updated to Android 14.

Whenever I restart my phone I get a prompt on the lock screen which goes like this:

"Don't miss changing wallpapers and visual stories.
Activate Live Lock Screen

Close Activate Live lock screen"

Now what if I want to miss changing wallpapers and visual stories? What then?
"Close" only works until I restart my phone.
I have disabled Live Lock in Android settings, it doesn't stop this notification.
There is no "Don't show again".

How do I remove this notification from my lock screen?
