Activate voice commands

Is there a way of activating voice commands mode in one button click?
Something like pushing a button on a headset that came with the phone?

Settings/personal/accessibility/

There are a number of settings for device interaction. Answering or ending calls with voice commands. You can set notifications reminders via vibrate and or LED. device wake up.

I did not find a setting that would make my phone going into a voice mode when pushing down a button on my headset. I remember when I had Galaxy S2 it worked that way.
