To purchase , yes I did. I also only have 1 card on my wallet account. Would that cause an issue?

One per account, one per device. That's the rules. Get someone else to sign in as well, they'll get it

I thought it was per device not account.. that clears it up. Thanks!

I activated my Nexus on my Samsung Galaxy Tab account and have no $25 credit. I think activating on same account was a mistake.

I am using the same account on my phone, Xoom, and nexus 7 but I still got the credit after setting up my nexus.
