I bought a used galaxy nexus off of ebay. I am planning on activating it online, will there be a activation fee.

I have been told if you do ESN swap then no fee. If you add a line then yes you will have a fee. Hope this helps you

No there is a option too swap a phone in your account settings or call customer service

Click activate a new phone, then select your current phone number and then click swap device.
