Activation issues

I purchased my phone last night- came home updated the ESN numbers through VZwireless.com- turned the phone on and followed the prompts- now it is stuck on the phone activation portion of the setup wizard and has been since last night- Ive tried restarting and trying again-no dice. The other thing im noticing and I dont know if this is b/c it isnt totaly setup yet is that I am getting only 3g and sometimes that will drop-where with my MAXX HD I was getting 4g. Any help?

I had to call tech support and it took them several times to get it going, but they did get it working. It was just stuck on the second screen.

I paniced when I left the store assuming all wa up and running only to find that calls wouldn't go through when I got out to my car and linked up the bluetooth. Went back in the store and found that it takes a while for Verizon to validate the built-in sim card when switching from one phone account to another (I bought the phone using another line in my family plan and then transferred it to my number immediately so I wouldn't lose my unlimited data). Everything was fine after about 15 minutes.

I had to call Verizon to activate because I couldn't get by the second step too. After that it only took about five minutes and then everything went through.
