activation

Ive been to 3 stores and called tech support atleast 4 times. Its been 5 days and my phone still isnt activated, has anyone else had trouble?

I had trouble the first night because it was the first lte outage.
What I would do is call CS, tell them that the phone can't be activated and that you want it swapped for a brand new one along with a new sim card and you want credit for the 5 days without service.
