active call ending on misse call notification?

i just ran into something today that i hadn't noticed
since i got my thunderbolt.

when i'm on a current call and a 2nd call comes in,
once i get the missed call notification it tells me
call ended. it still shows my current call active but
i am unable to hear anything or they cannot hear me.

I am then forced to end the call then call back.

does anyone know what the issue is, experienced this
or how to resolve it?
