active edge missing in settings

I am trying to get the active edge to work on my phone. I can search for the active edge settings and they show up, but when I attempt to navigate to it, they are missing. The function works when I have that settings open,but stop working once I close it. Anyone else have this issue? What other setting could be removing active edge from showing?

I can find it using the search, but it doesn't work. I found the solution at reddit.. Issue traced to language set to English (Netherlands). I switched it to United States and it his shows up.

Settings > System > Language, Input, & Gestures > scroll to gestures and Active Edge is the first option. Click on Active Edge and it will show the sensitivity and other options for Active Edge.
