Active Sync account- not showing who email was sent to by default?

I cannot find a setting anywhere but here is what I am talking about below. I don't want to have the click the arrow to drop down who the email has been sent to, i would like to see who is all on the email, please tell me this is possible.

The problem is that when you list the e-mail in the Sent folder all it shows is who it came from, which is obviously me. This folder should show "To" not "From". This is a very basic concept. The Gmail app doesn't even get this right. The Yahoo e-mail app does show it corectly. Google needs to fix this. If you buy a Samsung phone, or just about any other phone that runs a skinned version of Android, they have it figured out. Why can't Google make this right. I was hoping they would fix it in Kit Kat - no such luck.
