ActiveSync after Root

Hi!

Was wondering after rooting for the WiFi fix, will there be any conflicts with connecting to my Exchange Server via ActiveSync?

Also, why do you need to use a SuperUser software after root, but before modifying the database?

SuperSU is needed to give root privileges to the db editor.
