Ad displayed when unlocking?

I am annoyed by an ad that is displayed when I unlock my phone with my fingerprint. It just started happening within the last 5 hours or so. There is no obvious app that I installed, no setting that I changed. I can cancel the ad but I just can't tell who is responsible for it or how I make it stop. My phone is from Verizon, I used it's security suite to run a scan and it did not find any malware...... please help. Thank you

I am not sure how I did it, it is gone. I went through a few settings, did a re-boot. If it happens again I will get a screen shot. Thanks for your replies.

It started happening again. I force stopped Google Play, Google Play services, and Google Play AR. It seems to take me to install apps on the Google Play store.

I had a feeling it would, go settings>notification>see what app gave last notification when it happens.

Also download Nice Catch from Samsung play store and toast notification from Google play store and see what they catch

Boot back into Safe Mode and confirm that it goes away in Safe Mode. If it does, then you know it's related to something you installed.

I used the Nice Catch app and it caught the app that was doing it. It was Google translate pro. I deleted it and kept regular Google translate.

Glad you found the culprit! But FYI, there's no official "Google Translate Pro" -- that must've been some 3rd party app called "Translator Pro" or something along those lines (I can find at least 3 with that name or something similar in the Play Store).

That would explain it. A misleading app name to get that ad on your screen after unlock.
