Adapt Sound Problems

When I go to: settings > my device > sound > Adapt sound....I get this message: "Unfortunately, Settings has stopped".

Any help with this. i can't get into the adapt sound area.

I can't help with that specific setting, but I know that I had that problem with a different setting when I had turned off an application that was required to process or display the setting. So you may want to check if you have turned off any application(s) which might be necessary to process the Adapt Sound option.
