adb devices doesn't show my phone. Doogee y6c

I have a Doogee y6c

I once installed adb.exe

but adb devices is not listing anything.

I tried turning usb debugging on, and I tried PTP. (settings..developer options.. then under networking, "select usb configuration", then seeing "MTP(Media transfer protocol), PTP(picture transfer protocol), RNDIS(USB Ethernet), Audio Source, MIDI" I chose PTP.

C:\androidsdktools\sdk\platform-tools>adb devices
List of devices attached

When I look in device manager, it says "Other Devices"..MTP

I am on windows 7

Choose MTP.

And make sure you installed the Doogee driver.
