ADB Driver help (iDisplay)

I am attempting to get iDisplay working over usb on my N10.
According to the developer, I must have debugging enabled, but when I do the device manager shows my "Nexus 10" correctly, but under other devices it shows "ADB Interface" with a yellow exclamation.
The developer says this is probably the reason I cant get iDisplay to work properly.
Does anyone know what the issue may be?
Has anyone else gotten iDisplay to work over USB?
